Cars should book, using our online booking system. It is only possible to book for the weekend ahead as the weather and people’s plans change so much.

Absolutely not! As long as your wares are second hand it is absolutely fine.

Everything from clothes to toys, bric-a-brac, pictures, pieces of furniture, jewellery, Vinyls, the list is endless. We think it’s good to remember a golden rule…. if it’s fit for the bin, don’t bring it! It’s about turning out what you no longer have a use for.

It is fine if you bring along unwanted gifts that are deemed new. However, we are not a market and do not wish to have market stalls within our Car Boot Sales. Our Car Boot Sales are very well attended because our customers enjoy picking up their second hand and retro gear!

Both St Augustine’s and Princess May Car Boot Sales have indoor areas for those rainy days. Our Inside areas also have tables provided.

We always advise people to have a price in their head that they are happy to accept for each item. A lot of bartering goes on within the Car Boot Sale world; so we suggest that you stick a couple of quid on to the price of an item, so that when you are knocked down, you receive the price you want.

Definitely NOT! Everyone will still ask the price! why? we are not sure!

Fake/Counterfeit items, Food and Drink, Cigarettes, Livestock, Tins of Paint, Knives.

The Finish time is 14.00 hours. If you are selling from a vehicle it is not possible to leave any earlier as it causes and inconvenience to others selling and it is not safe for our shoppers. We recommend that if you need to leave early, you walk you things in and leave whenever you want to.
